Status: coming soon. EdgelineQS templates and estimating software are still in development and nothing is currently on sale. These terms are published in draft so customers can see, in advance, how digital products will be handled. Final terms will be in place before any product goes live.
What the final terms will cover
- Licences — what a purchase entitles you to (typically a business licence for your own company's use, not resale or redistribution)
- Downloads — how purchased files are delivered through your customer account, and for how long downloads remain available
- Subscriptions — renewal, cancellation and expiry rules for any subscription-based software licences
- Payments and invoices — processed by Stripe; invoices available from your account
- Refunds — how faulty or misdescribed digital products are handled under UK consumer and B2B law
- Updates and support — what's included with a purchase and how support requests work
- Your data and files — customer files and libraries remain private by default; any support access is explicitly granted by you, time-limited and revocable
